This week I am thankful for:
1. Workout buddies. I would have totally stayed in bed today if I didn’t have the accountability of knowing that two people were waiting for me.
2. I am very thankful that the pain a new workout only lasts a few days! Ouch! I guess that’s what I get for being lax in my workout routine for the last month. Until my body gets used to doing this again, I guess I will be in pain whenever I move.
3. I am thankful for the beauty of the mountains that I can enjoy only at the top of the monster hill that we climb during our walk. It is a most spectacular view and is all the more appreciated once one has conquered the behemoth hill.
