Musings from a promise-collector

There Was An Old Lady

There was an old lady who swallowed a fly….

I know why she swallowed that fly. She was walking up a behemoth hill, attempting to catch her breath, and the fly flew straight to the back of her throat. Before she knew it, she had swallowed it and was grossed out for the next hour. Then upon reaching home, drank a 32oz bottle of water to make sure it didn’t try to climb back out.

And that is why she swallowed a fly. Perhaps she’ll die.

  1. P-tooghy! straight past the taste buds! In Nazareth they had boiled, salted locust , tasted like shrimp 🙂 … Info. from VBS Hometown Nazareth!! When out on walks “stories” happen, bird dropping’s on my head, pecked by a black bird on my head, dog’s attacking my Yuki and Wendy…hmmm..I think bike riding has so far been better for me! The deer running beside me on the path was excellent…Keep up the good WORK Cole!
